![]() (My car's navigation system wanted us to make a non-existent turn.) We finally took a road running behind the hotels. The only problem with location we had was in getting to a restaurant (Jimmy Wan's) that we could see from the main road but couldn't get to from it. We could also see from the road a strip mall nearby, making it easy to pick up items not available in the hotel. The location is very good, since it is a short drive from the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Occasionally we would hear them exchanging jokes with each other, adding to the impression that this is a smoothly running, congenial place-and that always makes a stay more enjoyable. Our brief stays didn't allow for use of other facilities, but the pool looked inviting.Īll members of the staff were cheerful and ready to help. Through the day there is coffee, as well as tea and cocoa, out in the lobby, which was much appreciated by this coffee fiend! The grill in the hotel serves a good burger and knows how to make a good whiskey sour. The room was very well-maintained and quiet, with comfortable beds, a generous layout, and a thermostat already set on a comforting ambient temperature. This was a one-night stopover en route to Washington, D.C., and the experience was so pleasant that a friend and I re-booked it for the return trip.
